Miss Pigments glow powder can be recharged thousands of times and has a shelf life of over 20 years. These will add a semi-opaque off-white color to your base. Additional colorants can be added to create totally unique glow effects. Colored glow powder: These awesome glow powders have additional fluorescence pigments added to create gorgeous hues visible in the light and dark.
