When I first smelled this candle, I logged on to return it as I was NOT impressed. But, I’m awful about actually returning things and after forgetting for a week, thought I’d just give it a chance. While it’s not the burnt sugar kettle-corn scent I was imagining, it DOES smell quite good, is very fragrant, and has lasted a long time. Perhaps just being closed up and shipped in the heat gave it a bit of an initially off putting smell? In any case, I’m glad I kept it and discovered this brand, as I will be buying more!
